Why homeowners call us back
Mando Air was started by Rosario Thomas after years of watching neighbors get upsold on equipment they didn't need. The idea was simple: show up when you say you will, explain the problem in plain English, and charge a fair price.
How it works
Tell us what's going on. We'll give you an arrival window, usually same or next day.
Your technician tests the system and shows you exactly what they found — photos included.
Repair or replace, good-better-best, all priced in writing. No pressure, no surprises.
We finish the job, clean up, and check in a week later to make sure everything's right.

Replacing an older system? Drag the sliders to see roughly what a modern high-efficiency unit could save you.
Reviews
“Our furnace died the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Rosario's tech was in our basement within three hours and had it running again for less than I expected. Honest people.”
“They talked me out of a full replacement and fixed the blower motor instead. That alone earned them a customer for life.”
“Clean install of a Trane heat pump, shoe covers, drop cloths, walked us through the thermostat. Electric bill dropped about 20% the first summer.”
“We use Mando Air for our two restaurant rooftop units. Scheduled maintenance, clear reports, no surprises.”

Seasonal tips
A clogged filter is the number one cause of the "my furnace keeps shutting off" calls we get. Write the date on the frame when you swap it.
Trim shrubs and rake out leaves and cottonwood fluff in spring. Your condenser needs to breathe.
Every fall before the first cold snap. If you have a gas furnace, you should have a working CO detector on every floor.
Spring for cooling, fall for heating. Most breakdowns we see could have been caught during a 45-minute maintenance visit.
