Website information

Content on this site, including prices, promotions and energy-savings estimates, is provided for general information. Starting prices may change and do not constitute a binding quote. A final price is always provided in writing before work begins.

Service requests

Submitting a request form does not guarantee an appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability. Services are subject to a separate written work order or agreement signed at the time of service.

Payment & financing

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing is offered by third-party lenders, is subject to credit approval, and is governed by the lender's terms.

Warranties

Repairs include a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty when registered. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, power surges, flooding or work by others.

Maintenance plans

Comfort Club memberships renew automatically and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Unused visits do not carry over.

Intellectual property

All text, photographs, logos and graphics on this site are the property of Mando Air or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mando Air is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ohio consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Fairfield County, Ohio.
